Our annual Book Fair was a success and due to the generosity of our parents we made approximately $10,000 in profit. Parents had an opportunity to shop for books with their children during Parent-Teacher Conferences and each class attended over the following three days. Thank you to everyone who purchased books and to the teachers and parents who volunteered their time to help run the fair. all proceeds are being used to provide Scholastic News and to supplement classroom libraries for our students.
Students in Grades 3-6 will be taking the New York State ELA and Math Assessments April 14-16 and April 22-24, respectively. Please make every effort to have your child present and on time on these days.
It is important that students eat a healthy breakfast the day of testing and get a good night's sleep the evening before. Students have been preparing for this assessment all year and should be encouraged to work to the best of their ability. Thank you for your parental support!
Our annual Book Fair begins March 18 and ends March 24. Come out and support our school and students.
